Role Details

This is a 100% remote role, equipped with top-tier tools including an Apple MacBook and additional screens. You will join a friendly, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler with at least 3 years’ experience, including Damage losses, from Private or Commercial Motor claims backgrounds.
• Must have settled claims within an insurance company, delegated authority at a loss adjusting firm, or a Third-Party Administrator.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Client-focused with excellent communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary between £30K - £35K per annum (negotiable based on experience), plus benefits including support for professional qualifications. Opportunities for career progression are abundant as the company continues to onboard new MGAs.
