Job Title: Commercial Claims Handler | Leeds | Up to £35,000 | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our team in Leeds. If you have a background in handling claims and are looking for a role where your expertise is valued, this opportunity is for you.

About the Role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload including commercial property, liability, motor, and financial lines claims.
  • Guide clients through the claims process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with insurers and third parties to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a growing department.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of commercial claims handling experience.
  • Ability to manage cross-class claims confidently.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
  • Cert CII qualification or working towards it is preferred.
  • Experience with Acturis is a plus but not essential.
