Through detailed pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking and performance tracking, we ensure our pricing remains competitive while delivering long‑term value to our customers. We’re now looking for an experienced Commercial Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily pricing operations.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilise Excel and Google Sheets functions to interpret datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency.
  • Leverage data and AI‑driven insights to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide agile decisions.
  • Ensure all pricing practices uphold regulatory and brand standards.
Supporting the Wider Marketing Team
  • Use external resources to support the design of product packaging, manuals and videos.
  • Support the entry of national and international awards.
  • Support the creation and delivery of print and digital direct‑mail activity.
Skills & Requirements
  • Analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Ideally has experience in retail pricing or commercial analysis, but not essential.
  • Understands market dynamics, margin drivers and competitor positioning.
