Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets from initial estimates through to final accounts.
• Lead contract negotiation, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage commercial and contractual risks.
• Provide commercial leadership and support to project teams.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial staff.
• Visit project sites every 2–3 weeks.
