Role Purpose

We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Lead to drive the success of our core products. In this role, you’ll have full P&L responsibility, setting sales and profit targets, managing budgets, and optimising pricing strategies to maximise profitability. You’ll also develop and execute a 5-year strategic brand plan and annual tactical implementation plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. As a brand ambassador, you’ll champion our core product importance to internal and external stakeholders, supporting its growth and impact on patient care.

Your Impact in This Role

As the Commercial Lead, you will:

  • Lead strategic brand planning and flawlessly execute tactical plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, onboard new accounts, and maintain contracts and service agreements.
  • Oversee supplier management, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop compelling marketing initiatives, attend industry congresses, and monitor competitive intelligence to maintain a strategic advantage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with MHRA/EU regulations.

  • Excellent organisational and account planning skills, with the ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.
  • ABPI certification and a full UK driving licence.
