Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are cost & change controlled to mitigate commercial risk.
• Financial control of projects through forecasts and billing plans.
• Develop effective relationships with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Experience within Airport projects

Commercial management of complex engineering project

Supplier and subcontractor management

Exceptional organisational skills

Adept at negotiation and conflict resolution

Education

Membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB, ACostE)
