Our client a profitable, privately owned business, that has grown both organically and via acquisition. The business successfully trades across several niche personal lines MGA’s as well as a commercial insurance portfolio.

With the ongoing success of the business, they have created a new role of Commercial Manager to support the growing business and to provide focused management of their commercial insurance portfolio

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and a team of two account handlers the successful candidate will joining the business at an exciting time and will be able to help shape the future of the commercial portfolio.

They will be identifying and exploring new business opportunities whilst looking after renewals and mid-term adjustments for their book of loyal customers to drive the best possible outcome for their clients.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment is essential. A background as an account handler, broker, or in a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
    Leadership: Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is required. The ability to motivate, develop, and manage a small team effectively.
    Knowledge: A solid understanding of various commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, motor fleet, professional indemnity) is required.
