We're looking for a confident and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic UK team.. In this key role, you'll drive commercial strategy and lead contractual negotiations across a range of innovative space projects, working with leading players in the sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Shaping commercial strategies and advising key stakeholders
  • Leading contract negotiations and managing commercial agreements
  • Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Overseeing the commercial lifecycle of proposals and projects
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and risk assessments
  • Managing contractual records and correspondence
Experience:
  • Degree in business, management, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial, contracts, or business development roles
  • Background in aerospace, defence, telecoms, or other high-tech sectors
  • Experience working with government and institutional clients (e.g. ESA, MOD, NASA)
  • Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of the space industry and UK/ESA government contract frameworks (e.g. DEFCONs, GCCs)
