The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial litigator who is ready to take the next step in their career. Joining a well-established and progressive firm, you will work closely with the Head of Department and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the team. You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, including:

• Contractual claims
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence matters

Alongside your fee-earning work, you will have significant involvement in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior solicitors and trainees, helping to shape the future of the department.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE, currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level. You’ll be looking for a role where you can have genuine influence — contributing to strategy, supporting team development, and playing an active role in business growth.

Ideally, you will bring a portable client following or have a strong referral network, along with a solid background in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
