OVERVIEW
  • Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology related agreements.
  • This includes outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution and franchising.
  • The appointed Lawyer will lead client matters and build strong relationships while collaborating with firm wide teams.
  • Supporting the business and assisting Senior Lawyers in supervising junior staff.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial law.
  • Experience in sectors like technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction or the public sector is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with in-house or consumer contracts and public procurement is advantageous.
