Job summary

Pareto, a fast-growing circular economy IT hardware specialist near Manchester, seeks a Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, revenue growth, and B2B channel development. Qualifications

• Proven track record as Commercial Director, Sales Director, or Head of Sales in IT hardware/refurbishment/ITAD sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the overarching commercial roadmap to grow margins and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑volume B2B sales team with KPIs and account management practices.
• Expand relationships with B2B resellers, VARs, brokers, and system integrators across the UK, Europe, and global markets.
• Work with procurement/operations to align inventory with demand and optimize stock turnover.
• Monitor market pricing trends to optimize spot‑market trading and contract pricing.
