Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Sales Director, Commercial Director, or Head of Sales in the MSP/IT services sector.
• Experience managing high-volume SMB with complex Enterprise tech deals.
• Strong grasp of RevOps and how AI can drive commercial value.
• Excellent leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategically grow market share across local SMB and national Enterprise segments.
• Own P&L for the regional branch and drive profitability and targets.
