With an international presence and ambitious growth plans, it is now seeking a Commercial Director to shape its commercial strategy, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

As Commercial Director, you will define and execute the company’s commercial strategy across sales, business development and customer growth. Working closely with the leadership team, creative and technical functions, and international colleagues, you will convert market opportunities into profitable, long-term relationships.

You will lead, motivate and develop the commercial team, while delivering the company’s growth strategy through strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, particularly within the retail sector. You will also introduce greater rigour, process and structure across the commercial organisation.

We are seeking a commercially driven senior leader with a strong track record in a relevant or adjacent B2B market, ideally with experience of private-label retail. You will combine strategic thinking with the energy and pragmatism to make things happen in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
