An award-winning eCommerce agency with a rapidly growing footprint in the Shopify and DTC space is looking for an ambitious Commercial Director to lead its sales strategy and unlock the next phase of growth.

This is a newly created role that will play a critical part in shaping and executing the agency's commercial vision. You'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process, driving both inbound and outbound acquisition, and maximising value from existing clients. You'll also represent the agency at events, contribute to strategic planning, and lead commercial conversations that scale relationships into long-term partnerships.

One of the agency's most powerful assets is its thriving DTC community-you'll be tasked with integrating this into the sales engine to generate warm leads, drive retainer growth, and deepen connections across the industry.

  • Leverage a vibrant DTC community to build a predictable lead engine.

  • Expand and nurture key client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and ongoing client satisfaction.

  • Represent the agency at industry events, panels, and meetups.

  • Report on commercial KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven success in a senior commercial role within a digital, creative, or Shopify-focused agency.

  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce and DTC landscape.

  • Experience scaling agency revenue, building client pipelines, and delivering growth through both new business and existing relationships.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach-comfortable rolling up your sleeves.

  • Ability to build, track and report on metrics, pipelines, and projections using CRM tools.

  • Confident representing a brand publicly-on stage, at events, and with senior stakeholders.
