A Commercial Contracts Manager is urgently required for a company that offers every other Friday off!

This exciting new job has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Manager, that can be based remotely anywhere in the UK, to work for a leading design and manufacturing organisation supplying the aerospace, space & defence sectors.

The remote Commercial Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with the likes of government agencies, defence primes and international partners.

The ideal Commercial Contracts Manager, will have experience in;

  • Interpreting and implementing complex contracts ensuring compliance to defence frameworks such as MOD / FAR / DFARS and ITAR / EAR regulations.
  • Provide commercial input to bid and proposal processes, with appreciation to risk, competitiveness and legal frameworks.
  • Proven background in managing government and international defence contracts.

This is for a company that specialise in the design and manufacture of secure communication components and systems across the defence and aerospace sectors.
