I am currently looking for an Interim Commercial Building Surveyor for my client based in the Midlands to join their team on interim basis for an initial 6 month contract.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working on stock condition and property sustainability reports and surveys.
• Experience working on industrial estates and commercial properties.
• Previous experience working with Local Authorities.
• Decarbonisation knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential.
• Rate: Negotiable DOE.
• Working Pattern: Flexible, Hybrid.
• Contract Length: 6 months, with high possibility of extension.
• Potential of working outside IR35.
