Our client is a very well respected and highly professional commercial insurance brokerage with offices in the South Leeds area. They are dynamic and forward thinking, but not aggressive and prefer to nurture long-term business relationships rather than just aim for quick wins.

They have a great office set up, a fantastic team of professionals and are well known for having a very low staff turnover. This is due the branch director creating an enjoyable and grown up working environment with a big emphasis on work / life balance.

This is a dual role, partly taking on some existing commercial clients as well as developing the portfolio through new business generation. They have a great set-up with many distribution channels providing a flow of consistently good quality and qualified leads (many attached to trade associations), therefore, are not looking for an overzealous sales person, preferring to attract a “consultative” individual with a focus on quality.

Ideal applicants will have previous client facing account executive experience, both client servicing and new business generation, a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance and will be looking to work for a quality business with plenty of career progression towards a more senior role very likely. We would also welcome applications from experienced commercial brokers / handler, looking to step up into a client facing role.
