Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build lasting relationships with a diverse client base, from sole traders to MD/CEO levels, and drive new business opportunities through marketing and networking.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to meet and exceed objectives. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with a focus on service, growth, and delivering client-focused insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience winning new business and building long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
• Ability to develop business through marketing, community engagement, networking and client meetings.
• Proactive, consultative mindset with strong listening and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities to win new business and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve objectives and drive market presence.
