Commercial Account Executive - Commercial Insurance
Location: Liverpool
Work Pattern: 4-Day Work Week
Salary: Up to £50,000 DoE - plus bonuses

They're growing fast and looking for a New Business-focused Commercial Account Executive to drive growth and take their proposition to market. If you're motivated by building relationships, crafting tailored insurance solutions, and seeing direct reward for your efforts, this is the role for you.

About the Role:


You'll play a key role in generating and converting new business opportunities across a wide range of commercial sectors. Backed by a skilled broking and support team, you'll have the tools and autonomy to win and grow your own book and be rewarded for it.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively sourcing and converting new commercial clients
  • Identifying target sectors and building your own prospect pipeline
  • Creating tailored insurance solutions that genuinely add value
  • Leading client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborating closely with the broking team to deliver fast, competitive terms
  • Building long-term relationships to support ongoing growth and referrals
What You Bring:
  • A proven track record in new business development within commercial insurance
  • Strong knowledge of cross - commercial products (Property, Liability, PI, Fleet, etc.)
  • Confidence in networking, pitching, and closing deals
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter mindset
  • Cert CII or DIP CII (or working toward) welcomed but not essential
