Job summary

An educational supplier is seeking three administrators to support student enrolment in their establishment. Responsibilities include managing enrolment tasks, ensuring accurate application information, and monitoring recruitment data. Ideal candidates must hold EDBS qualifications and have a Level 2 education including English and Maths. This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday, approximately 30 hours during school times.

Qualifications

  • Must have EDBS qualifications, as the role involves working in a college.
  • A good general level of education to Level 2 (including English and Maths) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Administration related to student enrolment, including advice and guidance to prospective learners.
  • Administer learner survey results.
  • Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment data.
  • Ensure accurate input of application information.
  • Maintain updated learning platform information.
  • Assist in preparation of data for external audit samples.
  • Deal with enrolment tasks, including transfers and withdrawals.

Verve People are working with an Educational Supplier, who are currently looking for 3 administrators to support in one of their education establishments.

Responsibilities
  • Administration related to student enrolment, including initial advice and guidance to prospective learners, induction and allocation to qualifications.
  • Administer learner survey results.
  • Develop effective and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment data.
  • Ensure accurate input of application information, working closely with the curriculum teams.
  • Keep up-to-date and accurate learning platform information, including registration and withdrawal of learners within the platform as directed.
  • Assist in the preparation of data for external audit samples, including the collation of evidence.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of college systems.
  • Deal with all enrolment tasks, including in‑year enrolments and amendments such as transfers and withdrawals, and work with the LDS Team regarding amendments.
Job Details

Monday – Friday, approximately 30 hours a week during school times.
