About You: The role involves planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years sector at Level 5. You will share your knowledge and experience from working in the sector to help apprentices achieve their qualifications efficiently and to a high standard.
We seek candidates who share our values of student-centeredness, inclusivity, and high standards. Essential criteria include experience or qualifications in coaching and Early Years, up-to-date industry knowledge, Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy, and the ability to develop strong relationships with employers and learners. Desirable criteria include holding assessor or IV/IQA qualifications, relevant degrees, and experience in Further Education or coaching/management roles.
