Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator/Administrator to support the delivery of water, wastewater, and utilities projects. In this role, you’ll assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, and day-to-day project operations to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, meetings, and progress tracking

Maintain project documents, reports, permits, and correspondence

Support procurement, invoicing, and budget administration

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in project coordination or administration (utilities, construction or engineering preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident with MS Office and project documentation systems

Detail-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
