Qualifications

• Strong background in CNC machining, either turning or milling.
• Experience being a supervisor or team leader in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Lead and develop a team of machinists in a safe environment.
• Allocate workloads to optimize machine usage and manpower.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.

CNC Supervisor

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. Shift Pattern: 7am-5pm, 7 days on / 7 days off. Location: Near Uxbridge. Type: Permanent, Full-Time.

We're supporting a leading precision engineering manufacturer near Uxbridge who are seeking a CNC Supervisor to lead their Machine Shop team. CNC Supervisor Responsibilities

CNC Supervisor Profile

• Strong background in CNC machining (turning, milling, or precision engineering)
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
• Confident interpreting engineering drawings and inspection requirements
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
• Methodical, proactive, and confident managing a team
