Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada or similar).
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up programme and operate the Amada HFE 3i 1003 CNC press brake.
• Accurately interpret engineering drawings.
• Perform sheet metal forming, cutting, bending, and notching operations.
• Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, cleanly, and efficiently.

The Job

• Set up programme and operate the Amada HFE 3i 1003 CNC press brake


• Accurately interpret engineering drawings


• Perform sheet metal forming, cutting, bending, and notching operations


• Operate the AMADA AE2610NT CNC turret punch (if applicable)


• Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures


• Maintain equipment and report any issues


• Ensure work is carried out safely, cleanly, and efficiently

About You

• Experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada or similar)


• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings


• Strong attention to detail and quality


• Sheet metal fabrication experience


• Experience with AMADA AE2610NT CNC Punch (preferred)


• Understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop environment


• Able to work independently and as part of a team


• Adaptable with a 'Can do' attitude!
