Job description
CMO & Network Change Global Process Director

Preferred location: GSK HQ or Poznan, Poland. The role may also be based at other global locations on a case‑by‑case basis.

This role reports to the Head of E2E Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (Head E2E CoE) and is part of the leadership team. It serves as a hub of expertise and innovation, guiding the broader supply‑chain organisation.

Principal responsibilities include driving the vision, strategy and maintenance of the CMO & Network Change process, standardising process adoption, leading CMO process transformation in collaboration with enterprise projects such as OMP S/4HANA and One Network, and ensuring network changes and business acquisition integrations align with GSK’s key priorities.

What you will do
  • Support the vision and define the roadmap for moving GSK from the current state to the desired future state for the CMO & Network Change process.
  • Define and refine the solution, including process technology, data and capability requirements.
  • Manage prioritization and support delivery for the CMO & Network Change process.
  • Embed and grow organisational capability within the CMO & Network Change process.
  • Optimize extraction of solution value for the CMO & Network Change process.
Basic Qualifications and Experience
  • Solid experience of processes and ERP functionality, particularly within the CMO & Network Change process and integration points with other end-to-end planning processes.
  • Subject‑matter expertise with good knowledge of process design, lean and sigma, and other process improvement approaches.
  • Proven experience in process design, simplification, standardisation, improvement and roll‑out across a global organisation.
  • Experience leading multi‑functional teams within a matrix environment.
  • Strong change‑leadership experience.
  • Senior stakeholder‑management skills and experience engaging business customers.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in the pharma or FMCG sector.
  • Large‑scale business transformation experience.
  • Project or programme management experience.
  • Ability to understand real end‑user experiences and perspectives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly across a global organisation.
  • Ability to communicate and partner with senior management.
  • Ability to network effectively both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the GPO team and with other GSK partners to achieve the overall desired goals and objectives.

Reports to: Head of Supply Chain Global Process Ownership (GPO)

Direct Reports: One direct report and other project‑related resources (vary over time)
