Location: London, South Kensington (Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our revenue management team and manage a collection of luxurious serviced apartments. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for driving the revenue strategy for your own cluster of up to four properties, ensuring exceptional performance and growth.

What you’ll be doing as a Cluster Revenue Manager
  • Analytical Excellence: Translate insights into actionable strategies to maximise performance against competitors.
  • System Proficiency: Utilise revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools effectively.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with hotel teams and colleagues to achieve optimal performance.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Generate accurate rooms forecasts and budgets for your cluster of hotels.
  • Performance Maximisation: Drive hotel performance to surpass competitor benchmarks.
  • Pricing & Inventory Management: Manage pricing and inventory to optimise revenue.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market demand and competitor activities.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
What we're looking for
  • Demonstrated success in a revenue management role, preferably with experience in multi-unit and multi-market positions within the hotel industry.
  • A tenacious individual who thrives on competition and is driven to achieve challenging goals.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management systems and business analysis tools.
  • Experience in coaching and developing hotel teams to drive revenue capture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with hotel teams and senior managers.
