Unite Group seeks a Cluster Operations Manager to oversee a group of properties, delivering strong operational and commercial performance. You will own day-to-day operations across sites, driving safety, efficiency and a consistently excellent resident experience while supporting occupancy and revenue goals.

You will lead multi-site teams, foster a high-performing, collaborative culture and build strong relationships with university partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within property, hospitality, facilities management, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to manage operational performance and service delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a cluster of properties.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, cost control and overall cluster performance.
• Lead and develop teams to create high-performing, engaged environments.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high-quality resident experience.
• Build relationships with partners, suppliers and contractors.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and participate in duty rotas.
