Job summary

SPACE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across a growing student accommodation portfolio. You will report to the Operations Director and lead site management teams to deliver excellent resident experiences, strong commercial performance, and high operational standards.

This hands-on role involves managing multiple properties with regular travel between sites, driving budgets, occupancy targets, compliance, and safety while developing capable teams

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple properties or operational sites.
• Commercially minded with experience budgeting and financial performance.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across a portfolio and support budgets and occupancy targets.
• Manage property standards, maintenance, housekeeping, resident experience and health and safety.
• Control operating costs and improve EBITDA; manage contractors.
• Develop accountable management teams.
