Unite Group is seeking a Cluster Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a cluster of properties, delivering strong operational and financial results while creating thriving student communities.

You will lead teams, drive safety and compliance, and partner with university and external partners to ensure a consistently high-quality resident experience. A proactive, performance-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within property, hospitality, facilities management or similar.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to manage operational performance and service delivery standards.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across your cluster of properties, ensuring high standards.
• Own day-to-day financial performance including occupancy, revenue and costs.
• Develop and support teams to build a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Ensure safety, compliance and maintenance to sustain strong standards.
• Deliver an excellent resident experience by resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to present buildings well.
