Job summary

Unite Group, operating Unite Students and Hello Student brands, seeks an Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day delivery across student accommodation properties. You will coordinate activities across maintenance, housekeeping and resident services, ensuring smooth, efficient operations with minimal disruption to residents.

Working with the Cluster Operations Manager and teams, you will manage schedules, tasks and communications while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or operational coordination role within property or service-led environments.
• Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with systems and data, including CRM or operational platforms.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, contractors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational schedules across the cluster including maintenance, cleaning, inspections and planned works.
• Manage operational task queues and systems to track and complete work.
• Support contractor coordination and communicate with residents about upcoming works.
• Monitor CRM and other systems to ensure visibility of progress across tasks.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with planning and workload management.
• Provide financial and administrative support including purchase orders and spend tracking.
• Coordinate communications to residents regarding inspections and updates.
• Support health, safety and compliance processes in line with standards.
• Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvements across properties.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations at all properties.
