Unite Group is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support day-to-day delivery across a cluster of student accommodation properties. You’ll work with the Cluster Operations Manager to schedule maintenance, housekeeping and resident services, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

This fast-paced role focuses on coordinating tasks, managing schedules and supporting teams to deliver consistently high service.

Formación

• Experience in an administrative or operational coordination role.
• Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with systems and data, including CRM or other operational platforms.
• Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams, contractors and residents.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational schedules across the cluster, including maintenance, cleaning, inspections and planned works.
• Manage operational task queues and systems, ensuring work is allocated, tracked and completed.
• Support contractor coordination, organising jobs and communicating with residents about upcoming works.
• Monitor operational systems (including CRM platforms), ensuring visibility and progress across all tasks.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with planning and workload management.
• Provide financial and administrative support, including purchase orders, tracking spend and cost control.
• Coordinate communications to residents, ensuring they are informed of inspections and updates.
• Support health, safety and compliance processes, ensuring activities align with standards.
• Monitor performance to identify efficiency gains and service improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations across properties.
