• Proven experience managing multiple properties or operational sites, ideally in student accommodation, hospitality or residential property.
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Willingness to travel between sites and lead teams across locations.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of operational performance across a portfolio of properties.
• Support assistant Operations Managers to meet budgets, occupancy targets, resident satisfaction and compliance.
• Oversee property standards, maintenance, housekeeping, health and safety, and cost control.
• Develop and support accountable management teams across sites to deliver results.
