Job summary

Greystar is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead multi-site property management operations, directing teams to meet budgeted financial goals and drive operational performance. The role interfaces with Asset Management, Finance, HR, Marketing and central support to deliver best-in-class service and occupancy growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive operations leadership experience, strong financial skills, and knowledge of UK tenancy/building legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations, preferably in leisure, retail, hospitality or property.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget and occupancy focus.
• Practical knowledge of UK tenancy and buildings legislation.
• Experience in international environments or languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies for multi-site property management operations.
• Oversees budgeting and forecasting, analyzes financial statements.
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Ensures property meets operational, financial, and performance goals.
• Reviews competitor data and supports sales/marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Defines procurement requirements for operating supplies and services.
• Leads, hires, and trains team members per company policies.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Oversees move-in/move-out processes and tenancy management.
• Provides updates to the Regional Operations Manager.
