Soho House & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee the club’s dining spaces, driving exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.

You will lead a frontline team, collaborating with the Head Chef, Events and Membership to deliver memorable dining experiences, while developing efficient rosters and ensuring smooth operations across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solves problems calmly under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards across members, guests and staff.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members.
• Train staff on Soho House values and service standards.
• Create staff rotas, manage labour costs and reduce overtime.
• Uphold standards of appearance, safety and professionalism.
• Foster an inclusive environment reflecting Soho House values.
• Maintain knowledge of product from food to accommodation.
• Drive commercial viability of the business.
• Hands-on day-to-day management of front and back of house operations.
