Soho House & Co. in London is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the floor food and beverage operation in alignment with the General Manager and management team, delivering elevated service for members, guests and staff.

You’ll ensure a welcoming atmosphere, greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and present the bill with a consistent standard of Soho House hospitality. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; maintains calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Ability to follow the training schedule and Club School.
• Flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Capable of teamwork and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing and refining systems.
• Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House programs through storytelling and demos.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions, aligned with brand expectations.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs, participating in interviews, and evaluating candidates.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members, ensuring the floor team is confident and guest-focused.
• Gather and act on member feedback with the Membership team to improve service and offerings.
• Train and coach staff on Soho House core values, roles, and service standards to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs and minimize overtime.
