Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom seeks a Floor Manager to oversee the food and beverage operation, leading a floor team to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Able to follow training schedules and Club School guidelines.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing and refining systems for members, guests and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on food and drink programs through storytelling and demos.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions and brand consistency.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and assisting in interviews.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members, ensuring a confident, guest-focused floor team.
• Gather and act on member feedback with the Membership team to improve service offerings.
• Train staff on Soho House core values and service standards to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Create staff rotas, manage labour costs and reduce overtime.
• Enforce appearance, safety and professionalism standards across the team.
