Soho House & Co. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and staff professionalism.

You will work with the Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, guide team performance, and maintain the club’s high standards across service, beverages, and guest experiences. The role requires 2–3 years in a high-end dining setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment with supervisory experience.
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge and service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and act as first point of contact for the team during service.
• Deliver consistently high coffee standards and drink quality.
• Train and coach staff to improve consistency, speed and confidence.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation on the floor/café.
• Monitor stock, equipment and daily operational standards.
