Soho House is seeking a Head Waiter to oversee floor service, guide the team, and uphold the club's high dining standards. You will greet members, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and provide wine recommendations to ensure a seamless, memorable experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on supervision, excellent communication, and a polished, professional demeanour in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment with supervisory experience.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished and professional demeanour, and excellent communication.
• Organisational skills and familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage customers upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct deliveries.
• Provide menu recommendations and wine pairings.
• Maintain exceptional table service and cleanliness throughout service.
• Lead and supervise daily restaurant floor service and train staff.
