Soho House & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Waiter to lead exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House to oversee service on the floor, guide staff, and uphold the club's high standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items and ensuring seamless service from seating to payment while maintaining a pristine, VIP-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment with supervisory experience.
• Strong wine knowledge and service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders with dietary considerations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct deliveries.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings.
• Maintain top-tier table service and proactive beverage replenishment.
• Keep the dining area clean and tables reset for the next guests.
• Handle member requests with flexibility to create memorable experiences.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
