Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC's JD Gyms division is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and uphold high standards. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive membership, revenue and service excellence.

You will recruit and develop a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional experiences for members in a welcoming, well-managed club.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health and brand policies are followed and audited.
• Lead a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants to cover daily operations.
• Drive memberships, revenue and commercial targets with local marketing activity.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and consistent cleaning standards.
• Manage weekly banking to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
• Uphold uniform standards and professional member interactions.
