You will coach Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, achieve membership and sales targets, uphold health and safety standards, and champion the JD Gyms brand in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standards across the club.
• Carry out safety checks and report defects to keep equipment safe.
• Recruit, manage and develop Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Hold regular team meetings and drive staff development.
• Work towards and achieve sales and membership targets.
• Maximise secondary spending revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and high facility standards.
• Manage weekly banking to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
• Ensure uniform standards and professional member interactions.
• Deliver outstanding member service and foster a positive working environment.
• Be an ambassador for JD Gyms in all interactions.
