Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing colleagues in leisure or customer-focused environments.
• Commitment to delivering excellent member service and leadership.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Experience growing membership, driving commercial performance and local marketing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Recruit, manage and schedule Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Hold regular team meetings to aid development.
• Drive membership, revenue and commercial targets.
• Maximise secondary spending revenue.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the gym facility.
• Oversee weekly banking to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
• Ensure uniform standards and outstanding member service.
• Represent JD Gyms values in interactions.
