Job summary

David Lloyd Group in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a premium health and wellness club and deliver an outstanding member experience seven days a week. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, guiding a team while ensuring health and safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.

The role focuses on operational leadership, financial planning, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career advancement within the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager and oversee daily operations with your team.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximizing member experience.
