David Lloyd Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations across multiple UK clubs, in collaboration with the General Manager. You will drive guest experience, staff performance and financial planning to achieve targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

Competenze

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading multiple functions with varied challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
