Qualifications

• Enrolment in Level 3 IT Network Technician Apprenticeship.
• Strong communication and IT skills required.
• Flexibility to visit client sites where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Log, manage, and update support tickets.
• Troubleshoot ICT issues using appropriate tools and methods.
• Communicate clearly with users, managing expectations and escalations.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices.
• Support desktop setup, repair, and basic networking tasks.
• Apply security best practices and follow organisational policies.
• Assist with network device and mobile device administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills.
