QA Limited in Oswestry is offering an IT Engineering Apprentice role to start a career in IT infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies. You'll gain hands-on experience, work with experienced engineers and earn industry-recognised qualifications.

You'll support development, deployment and maintenance of IT/network solutions, learn Microsoft 365 and Azure, and gain practical experience while receiving mentoring from skilled professionals.

Qualifications

• No professional experience required; passion for technology

Responsibilities

• Assisting with development, testing and deployment of IT and network solutions
• Supporting NOC with troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd line support with guidance
• Working with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Gaining exposure to networking technologies from vendors such as Ubiquiti, Cisco/Meraki, Nokia and Fortinet
• Assisting with investigations and root cause analysis
• Maintaining documentation and contributing to knowledge base
• Producing reports and supporting operational activities
• Participating in technical projects to build knowledge and experience
