Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team that will execute cloud migrations across 11:11 global platforms.
• Own ticket escalation processes and ensure consistency.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integration requirements.
• Manage and refine tools and automation used for service operations.
• Inform stakeholders on migrations and provide recommendations.
• Ensure escalated customer tickets are addressed and escalated to vendor support as needed.
