Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration or SaaS transition programs.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio and consolidate opportunities across cohorts and geographies.
• Translate migration strategy into executable annual and quarterly plans and migration waves.
• Own customer prioritization, sequencing and cohort governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end migration execution across Sales, CS, PS, Cloud Ops, Legal, Finance and Product.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, capacity, commitments and financial targets.
• Drive standardized migration methodologies, playbooks and governance processes.
