Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an experienced Cloud Integrations Engineer in the United Kingdom to support and guarantee a positive migration experience for clients. You will plan, provision, migrate and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, driving customer success through effective integration and strong relationships.

The role requires attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4+ years VMware administration experience.
• Experience with VMware tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
• Experience managing scalable, mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services (BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS).
• Exposure to OpenStack and AWS.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work without visa sponsorship in the assigned country.

Responsibilities

• Deliver migration services to meet 11:11 Systems’ integrations strategy to customers.
• Triage incoming requests for migration strategy and plan technical requirements.
• Act as a technical escalation point for the Cloud Integration team to resolve customer migration/integration problems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Development and other teams.
• Own tickets and ensure timely resolution, following best practices.
• Escalate issues and coordinate vendor support as needed.
