Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end customer migration programs, coordinating across Solutions Architects, Implementation Engineers, and product teams. You will drive enterprise onboarding, align dependencies, and translate complex technical goals into executive-ready narratives.

You will mentor teams and promote PM best practices across the Customer Success organization, while leveraging Jira, Confluence, and Asana to streamline delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical domains or organizations with a deep technical foundation.
• 4+ years in Delivery/Program Management orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct experience in customer-facing technical functions guiding enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
• Analytical delivery approach with metrics, forecasting, and data-backed tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Migrations: Lead large-scale onboarding and implementation projects with cross-organizational dependencies from kickoff to go-live.
• Scope & Plan Frameworks: Gather requirements with client leads; map tailored migration paths with Solution Architects & Engineers.
• Deconstruct Complex Projects: Break down initiatives into milestones; identify risks and bottlenecks to protect timelines.
• Communicate with Impact: Translate goals and risks into narratives for stakeholders from technical to executive levels.
• Scale & Streamline: Analyze metrics and onboarding data to remove friction and increase migration velocity.
• Build the Migration Playbook: Create templates and engagement frameworks to institutionalize knowledge.
• Forecast & Manage Portfolio Health: View all active implementations and manage capacity to prevent delays.
• Champion PM Best Practices: Mentor juniors and promote standards, tooling, and agile practices across CS.
